General Terms & Conditions of Vehicle Rental
The renter and all additional drivers must meet the following requirements:
For Category A and B vehicles, the minimum driver age is 23 years.
For Category B1, C, D and higher vehicle categories, the minimum driver age is 25 years.
For large 7-seater vehicles or special vehicle categories, the minimum driver age is 30 years.
The renter and every authorized driver must hold a valid driving licence for at least two (2) years.
The company reserves the right to refuse delivery of the vehicle if the above requirements are not met.
The minimum rental period is three (3) days.
After the minimum rental period has been completed, any additional rental period is charged as a full extra rental day.
All traffic fines, parking violations, administrative penalties, parking fees, toll charges, or any other expenses incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
The renter authorizes the company to provide their personal details to the relevant authorities whenever required.
Basic Insurance (Third-Party Liability)All vehicles include basic third-party liability insurance (TPL), which is provided free of charge and included in the rental price. This coverage applies to damages caused to third parties, according to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy. The renter has the option to choose Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at an additional cost of €10 per rental day.
With this coverage, the renter’s liability in case of damage is limited to an excess of €500. Coverage is valid only according to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy and rental agreement.
The renter also has the option to choose Full Coverage at an additional cost of €15 per rental day.
Full Coverage reduces or eliminates the renter’s financial liability for covered damages to the vehicle, up to a maximum amount of €3,000, according to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and insurance policy.
When Full Coverage is selected, roadside assistance is also included for the duration of the rental. Insurance coverage does not include damage or wear to the wheels/rims, tires, underside of the vehicle, windows/glass, or mirrors. Any damage to these parts is the responsibility of the renter.

Optional Theft Protection is available for:

An additional driver may be added for: €3 per day.
The additional driver must meet the same age and driving licence requirements as the main renter.

Transportation of the rental vehicle by ferry is permitted only after prior approval from the company.
Permission is granted only for specific vehicle categories and under agreed conditions. Transporting the vehicle outside the agreed areas without the company's prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Same to Same. The vehicle is delivered with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same amount of fuel. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel together with any applicable refuelling and administration fees.

Child seats are available upon request and prior reservation for: €3 per rental day. Availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Cancellation up to 20 days before the rental start date: 100% refund of the deposit.
Cancellation less than 20 days before the rental start date or No Show: the deposit is non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
By completing a reservation and making any payment, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Rental Terms & Conditions, the applicable insurance coverage, and the Cancellation Policy.
